Recruitment process – searching for the best candidates
We do a careful preselection of candidates, taking in consideration their education, work experience, additional qualifications and their social skills. We interview our candidates one-to-one and screen their English and/or Dutch level.
The quality is essential to us; therefore, we check their documents carefully. All applicants approved by Workforce4eu are qualified professionals with successful education completion.
During the interview, Workforce4eu informs the candidates about the registration process. We are aware that sometimes the qualifications and experience of a candidate do not always mean a good match for you. Therefore, it is important for us to know your specific requirements and the culture of your organization.
By having an extensive profile, we evaluate whether a candidate fits your company and specific needs. You decide whether you want to invite him/her for an interview. If so, we organize an interview with you and the candidate via Skype.
In the end, it is up to you to decide whether you want to employ our candidate or not. If not, we continue looking for other candidates that meet your requirements.
