Career and experience
Liesbeth has started as a consultant at “Via Interim”- a recruitment agency in 1975, focused on healthcare. For them she build up a network with offices at home. This became a large success.
In 1986 she build out “Interlace Executive Search” together with her business partner Simon Dierdorp. It was a high standard office. She searched and placed several top candidates for her clients.
In 2000 she founded her own office Humatch which was very successful until 2008. She had to stop because a medical failure.
Now she is full of energy and gives Workforce4eu a lot of advices because she is a real HR professional.
Liesbeth is energetic, perseverant and has a can do attitude. Never give up is her saying!
